Once the alarm is triggered, it will dial a list of pre defined phone numbers to alert you that the alarm has been triggered. This will allow you to investigate or send someone else to investigate for you.
Back to Base Monitoring
Back-to-Base monitoring is a service that can be added to your security system that takes the need for you or your neighbours to investigate and notify the police that your alarm has gone off.
As soon as the alarm is triggered, your security system will automatically send a signal down your telephone line to the 24-hour monitoring centre.
It is then only a matter of seconds before a highly trained operator assesses this information and depending on what signals are received, can:
- Call the premise to confirm the exact nature of the emergency
- Call you or others on your emergency contact list to notify you of the situation
- Send out a patrol guard to investigate, or if required
- Send the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance
